I tried both ways bob, still problems im afraid.also iflashed again and didnt go down the installing supercharger, but superuser app isnt behaving at all.whenever i try to use button saviour i get superuser closed unexpectadly errors....Comment

After a fresh flash i cleared the cache for superuser app, and it serms to be fine now. Strange as i hadnt had any time to do anything, but a clear cache seems to have helpedComment

ok, i couldnt resist trying supercharger again! the only way i could avoid being stuck on bootlogo was to before installing smanager was to use the button saviour app to get the su prompt. previously because i wasnt using full screen apps to that point, i hadnt used it. every time i try it without doing this first - for some reason i was always stuck on boot. so installed the script, followed bobs steps, reboot (didnt need to pin reset, just normal power on), and it didnt take the 3 mins which is suggested, started super quick. ran the smanager script again, and was told 100% supercharged - no issues. Very odd why it wouldnt work previously, but look forward to trying it out now :-)Comment

ok yet more to report. superuser app defo is having problems. after a few mins of using the tablet, super user starts closing unexpectadly. cant even open the superuser app itself, just force closes. this only happens after using the v6 script......but its repeatable and constant.Comment

a few of the things ive noticed when running supercharger, first it complains that busybox is less than 1.16, but it still runs. also the message:
starting: intent {act=android.intent.action.VIEW dat=http://goo.gl/qm6yr}
Error acticity not started, unable to resolve intent {act=android.intent.action.VIEW dat=http://goo.gl/qm6yr flg=0x10000000}
other than that it runs, just the superuser headache is really a problem :-)Comment

Are you flashing the correct ROM here? I added busybox 1.19x for sure! Seems like your flashing something different.

Im sure bob, downloaded from the 2.2 link. Also the su errors seem to related to superuser 3.1.3, i installed a version of superuser 3.0 and no more errors. I hadnt updated, 3.1 is straight from clean flashComment

I downloaded just yesterday if that helps, defo from 2.2link on first page of this thread. Possibly a wrong file? Smanager is defo telling me 1.11 busy box is installed, and,1.16 should beComment

Your right.... the download is like my OLD beta version.
I somehow messed up the files on the server.......
Stay tuned. I will make a new one and update busybox since they came out with a new SU binary since I made this.
