    It sounds like you do not have a G2 model. Arnova also has a 10b which is a RK28. I do not have a ROM for that yet. I was working on one with Mikesha but I have not heard from him in a while.

    If you want to help me test I can work with you but you have to know how to flash the tablet and unbrick it with the stock ROM first.

      Muchas gracias por vuestro trabajo, acabo de instalar y funciona todo perfecto, ahora toca instalar todo y dejarlo ok, seguire comentando como ha quedado la tableta.

          hey bob,

          I looked on arnovatech.com about the serialnumber of my tablet.
          It is a ARNOVA 10b G2 - 8 GB

          THIS ONE

          I bought it on ****, so maybe the previous owner, updatet a wrong firmware.

          Modelnumber: A101C
          Firmware-Version: 3.6.0
          Kernel-Version: 2.6.25 root@cst-desktop #568
          Build-Number V0.18.ECLAIR.eng.root.20110711.888888

          If it is the wrong Firmware, like the one from Arnova 10b (Gen1),
          is there any way to downgrade on the original Firmware.

            Arnova does not have a 10b G2 ROM available for download. HOwever later tonight I can make you a stock ROM if you like.

                Thank you very much, Just flashed your ROM onto a brand new 10b WOW what can I say !!!
                Much faster & more responsive. Full Android market, Gmail, Gtalk, the works.
                I was not very impressed with the tablet in its 'off the peg' form but now think its amazing.
                Who needs an iPad ??

                The only problem which I think may be a setting I need to fix, is that when you rotate the tablet to portrait everything is upside down.

                  The rotation thing is a known bug. I think you found that problem in the stock ROM no?

                    Really not sure Bob, I didnt take much time to look at the stock ROM as it was painfully slow I guess it could be a hardware problem with my tablet.

                      Oh but have found a bit of a problem used the power widget to turn the brightness down and the screens black and I cant turn it back up Ooops

                        Anyone know please? I have read reports of this issue. Also reports of it on the 9G2.

                        REMEMBER, the stock ROM was a dump from a user. He used ADB to dump the stock ROM. Thus I cannot confirm it is a REAL stock ROM or some kind of "clone" or whatever. The fact that it works on the tablet leads me to believe it is..

                        I am uploading the stock ROM now as Mangrovenmungo also requested it.

                        Stay tuned for a post and link for it.

                                Hi Royvass,

                                Is your tablet still working or do you have already a black screen?

                                I had a ful black screen and the tablet seemed unwilling to charge after I flash it with the resistive ROM. I exchanged it and the new one works fine after flashing. But I did check it in all details to make sure everything was fine before flashing it and while putting it in charge, I asked myself whether I did put the charger in the right place as the headphone is just near the charger one and the pin for the charger fits very well in the headphone one !
