And I really don't know "how to insmod the ko module".

    Hannes
OK I gotta ask. How did you install these KO modules then?

I use "Mount Manager" from the market. It allows to load modules while starting.

Huh! Thats cool. I did not know about that. I always figured it had to be in init.rc during boot. Interesting I will for sure check out that APP.

Do you want the BT modules? I also have some other cool modules if you want to test them. I am not even sure what they all are! Fenice57 provided them to the team here.

CPU (possibly for over clocking I do not know)
        crypto ?
        gspca?
Kernel configs.ko which will allow you to actually installl Ubuntu on the tablet but I have not tested it.
net which I believe might enable ethernet adapters
        openVPN
APM emulation. This is like a PC's power settings.
usb??? not even sure what these are.

Hmmmm will this tool mount modules other than CIFS?

I'm _very_ interested in the BT modules.
But as mentioned before, I'm not very experienced.
My knowledge about linux/android is very poor.
I think it exceeds my abilities to make it run without a step-by-step tutorial.

Of course I know how to edit files, but I don't know which files do what.
Although I'm an IT professional, I have never engaged intensively on this topic.

What concerns the other things, I think that's not my world (overclocking, ubuntu etc.).

Loading other modules with "Mount Manager"? Why not?
But are these modules available for other apps?

Here are the BT modules. I played with mount manager and in fact it will install other modules.

For BT I am pretty sure they need to be installed in this order:

              bluetooth.ko
              btusb.ko
              l2cap.ko
              rfcomm.ko
              bnep.ko
              sco.ko
              hidp.ko

Yes, Mount Manager accepts these drivers.
But loading the drivers this way will not do the job.

We do not have the bluetooth item in system settings.
How to config? How to pair with other devices? I tried some apps, but no success.
The BT sticks I tried are equiped with the CSR (Cambridge Silicon Radio) chipset, which is most common.

As far as I know, the USB port is slave-only.
Do we need yet an USB host for a BT stick?

Not that easy. Having CIFS working is a great success for today.
In the meantime it's quite late here in Europe. So I say goodbye for now.

Yes when Fenice57 supplied the BT modules there are some edits to init.rc that he also did so they are probably needed along with some USB mode switch libs.

                    Hi Bob,

                    i want to use a Huawei E160 3G USB-Stick with the 9 G2 running Version 1.5.

When i put in the Stick nothing happens, am i doing anything wrong or is it not supported ?

It would be nice to get that stick running.

                    Regards
                    Michael

                          hey folks ,

i'm new in the arnova 9g2 business and i got a problem after flashing bobs 1.5 firmware. everytime i try to install the app injector i get this error ...

                          Out of space
App Injector by Petrus could not be installed. Free up some space and try again.

i flashed the 9 g2 twice, but got the problem each time ... this is what my storage section looks like ... http://img855.imageshack.us/img855/7...0428232015.jpg

i'm not sure what went wrong . i flashed the tablet and copied the appinjector.apk and the package.zip files to the internal sd card ... exactly like bob told in his video. the only other information i can give is that, i got an 8 GB 9 G2 version ... hopefully someone got a hint or tip to fix my problem

Did you make a reboot after flashing the rom, thats important to mount the sd-card.
