Press the power off for about ten seconds

Plug your tab in to pc and keep holding the volume minus when doing so than release

Go into file manager and look for unknown device. Right click manually install driver. Direct that to the Bob firmware folder /drivers and choose the correct driver

    This should now install driver

If you want to install stock firmware download it from cube website and follow this guide

      Try this

Press and hold the volume minus button and the power button until tablet starts

Release the power button but keep holding the volume minus button

When you see the character come up release volume minus button

Now press power button and hold . Now press volume minus release than press volume plus. Keep doing this continuously until you get the recovery screen

Now you will have options to restore you tablet

        Hi,

Is the recovery screen the yellow android lying horizontal with an open door on its belly and a red triangle with an exclamation mark in it? If yes, I have it but after about 30 seconds it disappears and the flashing of the chinese logo resumes...

Is there a phone # I can talk to you on? I think it might be easier to explain...thanks.

The android man on his back with the flashing, means the ROM was not flashed correctly or it is not for your device!

Make sure your USB cable is plugged into the right USB port as there are two identical. Don't plug it into otg
Port when trying to get into flash mode

Make sure you are not connecting your tablet to your computer that has a USB hub. And don't plug your tablet into a USB 3 port.

Also check your cable and use a different one just in case you have a faulty cable

You need to get your drivers installed or you will be stuck with your tab the way it is

This happened to me once but I was able to recover it. There must be something that you are not doing right. Read back through the posts and retry

I have done all of that...I even got the blue Recovery screen, the problem is, it stays on this screen for only about 2-3 second and turns off before I have time to choose the right option...is there a way to keep it on long enough for me to click on the right option? and what is the right option?

                  Thanks

Is your tablet charged up properly

Plug your tablet in and retry the steps

Yes, if it shuts off on the CWM recovery screen, his battery is dead!

                        Thanks Damo & Bob...

Managed to figure out how to keep the recovery screen on long enough & did a factory reset...

Now I'm mustering the courage to attemp the the Rom operation...1st problem is the device is no longer rooted..does it need to be? 2nd, I run a Vista x32, can it be done on it? or do I have to do it on Win 7 x32?
so far I followed the guide to the letter but am unable to install the drivers...whenever I connect to the pc it loads 2 Linux Mass Storage drivers and in "other device" it says "Cube" with yellow triangle and when trying to install the RK29 driver I get "no driver found for your device in that location" or some such...

                        What am I doing wrong?

                        Thanks again...
