before phone hang logo after flash with tool now phone dead maybe wrong file now phone just download mod when press power +volume up

See the don't panic when flashing goes wrong thread.
In short hold power for 10 seconds, use power and vol to start in flash mode, re-flash. If this gives the same result then try a different USB port and or cable.
