Shalar, I was worried about this honestly. It's too bad I cannot test this. But we need AOSP Google files we know to work.
So let me ask this. You said you flashed my other RK28 Eglide ROM I made but some things were messed up. Did google play work on that? Please test that and if so, I can use files from that ROM.

Your solution 1 worked! Got it back into flash mode then used BatchUpgrade to flash your original image. It's up and going now. I'm still interested in the ROM that Bob is working on for you. I'll keep an eye on this thread and see how it goes for you. Thanks a million!
Unfortunately I cannot seem to get the other ROM to flash successfully again, and show a picture on the screen. I do believe that google play worked. For some reason most of the times I have tried flashing the other ROM it succeeds but nothing shows up on the screen. I will keep trying though.
EDIT: The farthest I can get with Google Play is for it to ask for me to sign in to my account, due to wi-fi not working.
all the text on the device looks like this, and the screen auto rotates 90 degrees clockwise of the normal position.
EDIT: The physical buttons also don't seem to be mapped the same.

REMEMBER to erase IDB in the tool... Anytime you use a parameter file that modifies the partitioning, YOU MUST erase IDB. I hope that helps.

I have always erased the IDB. I don't even know if the loader in your package and the loader in the rktools package are the same, but using the one in the rktools package in the androidbatchupgrade folder seems to work consistently in order to flash the other ROM to this tablet.

Any new news on this ROM? I'll try it out if you need a guinea pig.
Edit - I flashed this ROM. Same results as Shalar, everything seems fine and the device is rooted, however the market is missing. If you plan on making more changes, I would love to test them.
Any chance you can try to include the google play files from your original rom you made? Since the old market did not work, I would like to give it a shot.
Which ROM is that? Too many ROMs I have done and do not remember what your talking about sorry.

The rom I'm talking about is the one you have for download in the thread: Ematic Eglide 7 - RK28 ROM.
I think earlier in this thread you suggested if the old market files didn't work, you were possibly going to try the google play files from this rom.
