play store crashes

I have 3 a13 tablets with 4.2.2 android all 3 of them have the same problem.Play store doesn't work.
When I press the play store icon it says loading for 3 seconds and then returns me to the app menu.
I tried to uninstall and install it 4 times including Google services but still nothing.
Have anyone any idea how to fix this?

Did you set correct time and date? If that doesn't work try to back date a year.

yes I did. I tried go back a year but still nothing.

Go to setting/applications/all applications/downloads make sure that is enabled. Let me know.

Settings -> Apps -> Reset apps preferences

yes it is.So as the Google play Services. How Do I reset? There is no such menu.Unless I don't see it.

Go to settings/apps swipe to all click on three dots top right corner click reset app preferences

Also try to go into Settings, scroll down to the Accounts section, choose Google, tap the account associated with the play store, and then remove that account, followed by recreating the account.

nope.Nothing. Is it possible the firmware doesn't support it?

ok now it's getting weirder when I tap the add account nothing happens.Every other choice works but not the add account. OK the firmware it's garbage.

It has the factory ROM I have done anything.I just want to solve this with making any flashing.
If it's the only way to fix then I will if I find the right firmware.
