It's volume up and power

Hi, I've just got a Sero 8 tablet, I've rooted stuff before but having no luck. I've tried a few mothods on here, but when I set up debugging it never asks my to authorise my computer. I've installed the rock chip drivers from one of your links, power and volume up doesn't load boot loader or fast boot.breally struggling here. The usb debugging not asking to allow my pc is an odd one. Any ideas?
