I am having a real hard time downloading these from these 2 file sites. They keep timing out on download. I am trying again from the RU site which seems to be working now. Keep fingers crossed.

Do you already have the windows drivers installed and ready to flash the ROM?
You will need to do that before yuou can flash my rooted ROM.
