Newbie needing help with Nextbook 8

I bought a Nextbook 8 today and I can't get Google Play to load. I searched the web and saw where I may have to "flash" it? I'm a newbie. Could someone please give me play by play instructions on how to do this?

Did you go through the setup routine -- set date/time (etc) and logon to your Google account? (You will need a Google account to use Play.)

At any rate, need more info to help you. Can you browse the internet?? What exact model did you buy??
