nextbook 7 brick No root

Hello Colleagues,
I have problems with my Nextbook 7, (or onn 07dx, Kellyx m7000, Yifang M7000, Volx VX70, GoClever Terra 70) is the same lol
Just I can enter to the recovery menu default (4.1), but dont fixed the android with wipe option, data/cache.
Im not had time to install drivers in my laptop, and i can't install a recovery TWRP,, SO i cant use RK BatchTool .
I saw in other pages use file in the SD card and auto install in the tablet after to turn on., (No root, no TWRP, NO RK BatchTool), but the link file is down.
Please I need info to fix this tablet .

I can fixed with the ROM .img goclever terra 7, Install with Android Tool, but, now I dont have WIFI and BT. why install Twrp ? i tried install this http://freaktab.com/forum/main-categ...for-rockchip-s but, i cant.
