there is rooted roms available here. My suggestion is to type a search for next7p12 and read the posts and instructions. there is a specific rom for your tab by Finless. If you get stuck feel free to ask and I will see what we can do to help you. The first thing to do is READ and have the nessessary drivers installed on your PC. Understand how to get your device into bootloader mode etc.

Flashing any Nextbook rom will most likely Brick you in some way or another. Use the one Finless put together for the next7p12 and get used to flashing. There are also different methods of putting Nextbooks into flash mode due to different chipsets. so make sure your doing the one for your Tab. I know there is quite a bit of reading but worth not bricking.

when i connect to pc by using usb in device manager it say m3chip and it don't work with the driver in the rom zip any help

Did you follow instructions from the read me? Never had that issue myself. Make sure USB debugging is on in device settings and make sure your in flash mode. Read the entire post as well. If you follow step by step and you use the right driver you should be golden.
Start from the beginning then see what happens.

These roms are for Rockchip. Nextbook came out with another version of this tablet that is AMLogic. That why you have M3chip. To date I do not know of any ROMs for that version.
