In theory, yes. But it can be complicated. You need to cook a custom ROM for it. You need to make sure it has all the drivers for the tablet cooked into it. And that can be the pain. Not to mention minimum system requirements cann for 2 GB RAM and 8 GB of storage. If you can find a way around that you should be good.
