The thing is, the problem is still there. While Downloading a 39 Mb Game from PlayStore the Speed
is constantly dropping to something near 0 kb/s.

2,66 Mb/s isn't bad at all because my Internet Connection does only give me 3,4 Mb/s max.
How is it possible that the Speed is dropping like this ? In this case i even had luck with the speed
because it often drops to about 20 kb/s and stays there for 10-30 seconds.

I downloaded the same Game on my Xiaomi M1S and took a pic of the speed graph.

It looks a lot more stable than the one from my pipo.

What else can i try ? Is there any known software Bug causing this ?
Is there a Way to find out what is causing the problem trough Debugging ?

Could you try another router to see if something change?
It could be a strange incompatibility issue between the router and wifi module of your tablet...
