AHVA screen vs IPS screen, or Pipo M8HD vs M9PRO?

As far as I can tell the only hardware difference between the M8HD and the M9Pro is the type of screen that is used. They both boast 1920x1200 pixel resolution but the screen technology is different. The newer M8HD is using an AHVA screen while the 9 sticks with IPS.

Googling reveals that the IPS may be better - http://ipslcdpanel.blogspot.co.uk/ although this article doesn't specifically mention AHVA screens, I assume the VA could be the same.....

Does anyone have any first hand experience, or knowledge I might find useful when making my final decision?

Well, I've just ordered an M9Pro, but won't have an M8HD to compare with, so we're as useless as each other. ;-)

The GPU is the same Mali-400.
Online I've seen a very long battery life for M8HD (even better than m6pro)

I've had mine for three weeks, and I must say this is the BEST tablet I have ever owned or used, and have used and setup plenty of tablets for my family, and friends. The build quality, response, sound, and screen resolution/colour is above amazing!
