Downloaded the Xfinity App today -- supposedly, I can stream On Demand through the tablet. But despite the fact that Google Play says it's compatible with my tablet ... it seems to have broken (refused to fully sync with) the Comcast converter and now I'm unable to get anything on the On Demand channel, or access any menu, or the TV guide on the actual TV.
All will be well ... a tech is coming out with a replacement converter on Wednesday. We shall see. Telephone Tech Support says it's supposed to work with ICS -- this Polaroid provides endless opportunities for those of you who love the challenge to research and fix things.
For now, if I leave the app installed, I have the world's largest and most detailed remote control for my TV.
