So, who is using this tab and what are your feelings about it?

I recently have seen on the Samsung site, there is a 64g version, but all I can find is for sale adds in the UK and AU. Is there a difference?

A difference as to what? Should be just more memory.
Yes these new tabs seem to come out in Europe, ect first.

US is just starting to catch on to Android tablets over the usuall Apple iPad

What I saw said UK version, so I didn't know what the difference was.

And, please bear with, I am a computer tard... I learn by doing, so what exactly is rooting?

Rooting opens up the system to do things you cannot normally do. It basically gives you ROOT access to the entire file system. ROOT is a linux term.

I don't know if I am going to root it, you need to do a build or how to video... haha, bear with...

I haven't had much time to fiddle with it, but it seems nice.

Just got the same tablet today so figured I should sign up here. No rooting for me yet, still trying to just find my way around it. :-)

Android OS is a little quirky especially if you have an iOS device but after a couple of days you will have it down Larry!!

Yes I'm starting to find my way around it. A little different than the iPad2 I got for my wife but I'm liking it a lot. Especially the fact that I should be able to use it with my Vbars once the BT modules I ordered get here.

Hey,

I followed Finless over from Helifreak. Don't know much about tablets but I have the Samsung 10.1 16G WIFI. Get this...my 70 year old dad had one. I started playing with his and had to have it. The wife got it for me for Xmas. Thought I would join the forum and see if I could learn anything more about it and keep informed. Looking forward to the education!
