S73 not opening

Hi! Can somebody please help? My Skyworth S73 suddenly just stop functioning nor opening. It will just open showing the 2 penguins on top but nothing after that. It's not even showing whether its charging or not on the screen but it lights on the side. I didn't dropped it or whatsoever. According to the technicians when I asked, it needs to be reprogrammed but they're not sure if it will still open or not. Please, I really need your help! Thanks a lot!

Before using firmware try first to hard reset your unit, there are instruction in youtube already how to hard reset your unit. if still not ok then you can try using rockchip batch tool v1.7 to restore your tablet.
