    Vido (Yuandao) N70S RileyROM 1.7

    Here's another new ROM.

    It's based on the official Yuandao firmware released on 8/1/13 for the Yuandao N70S.

    This ROM introduces the Android 4.2.2 Jellybean system.

    Included in this ROM:

    Root
    Debloat
    Ext4 file system
    init.d support
    Your choice of stock recovery or CWM recovery
    2, 4, 6 or 8 gb user app space (you get to pick)
    Google Play Store fixes

    N70s AZ or ZZ

    Excuse me, can I use this ROM for N70SQ ZZ?

      This ROM was created with the latest AZ firmware.

      I haven't really researched the difference between AZ or ZZ. I'm sure it has something to do with a hardware variation. One particular component, such as wifi or bluetooth...or the touch screen may be different. I wish I could be of more help in that area.

        Can I use this ROM on my N70S? It is with RK3168 chip have 512 Ram and 8GB ?

          It's possible that this ROM is for that newer version with the 3168. I couldn't get it to boot on an old 3088 version.

            Bricked tablet

            Hi
            I tried using your rom but have bricked my tablet.
            I followed your instructions contained in the download and it seemed to work ok except there was no screen logo when booted to flash. When flashing the rom there was no error messages.
            The tablet will now not turn on. The volume+ and power combination does nothing. If I connect to a win7 pc the rkandroid flash tool no longer finds the tablet.
            After flashing I read some of the other posts. My tablet is an n70s but a zz model.
            Any ideas on how I could get to recovery and flash another rom?

              Again... a confusing model number can lead users to a domestic disaster... is the chip of this Yuandao/Window/Vido N70S a RK3188 or RK3026?
              What's the problem of Yifang or Yuandao?

                They've put out so many variations of the M70 that I've lost track. It's so hard to try to explain that I've quit even trying to make ROM's for the Yuandao tablets. This ROM is for the oldest RK3066 version.

                      can anyone confirm that this rom works with usb otg hub ? i have a hub with built-in card reader and 3 usb ports...riley rom 1.6 does not allow for my hub to work / be mounted ...
