Hi here is the 2.1.19 CV300 (20206030) Edition of the Android 9 firmware. Apparently this is the latest.

As a note to the earlier posts... In regard to wifi not working, you have to use ethernet when starting 2.1.10+. Once you install fota ota firmware around 2.1.18 your WiFi will work.
