to my surprise, everything worked, except the remote control. Help!

Hi I have also MXQ pro with H54 v2.4 and with same WiFi chip no XR819 please help me in getting my box flash if you get any info about flashing it do let me know whenever I try to flash using phoenix it tells that the firmware version is old or the device doesn't work properly

WIFI is working properly but remote is not working.

I have similar device, that Computer won't recognize. Read somewhere that I need to short Nand (Samsung kmk5w000vm-b312) but which pin to short.
