I just got another firmware for the uplus/vplus it is the android upgrade from 6.01 to 7.1.2.. could you please set it so these firmwares could get noticed and maybe somebody will start fiddlling with them and maybe build a rom. i am getting absolutely nowhere except that i keep finding firmware.
ALSO: have firmware from oem boxes made by zoomtak from past and present that were sold under the brands streamsmart, thorstream, and a bunch of brands, the one thing that is common abiut them is they are all zoomtak.

the uplus firmware is close to the t8 V. the burning tooll is the way

no sorry only for the ebox t8 v s912 over at xda poison rom 4.1, its the same box basically so i cannot see what it would not work.

Hi folks,
I have a Zoomtak Uplus which is S912, 2gb/16gb, with sata, 4k hdmi etc aluminium box. It is running 6.0.1 and would like to update to 7.1.2.
So I am looking at the last like of the first post here. It gives me a zip file zoomtakvplusuplus.nougat.am.20181105.v8.3.4_201811 05.zip
My question is how to install/flash it on to the device. The Amlogic USB burner tool takes only .img file.
How to flash the zip?
Please help.
