    BUG IN ALL MY PREVIOUS RELEASES (UNTIL 21.01.2015)
    IMG ARE
    NOT SUITABLE FOR "STARTUP MODE"
    PHOENIXCARD CRASHES WHEN USING THIS MODE WITH MY PREVIOUS RELEASES

    TO FIX YOUR IMAGE IN 3 STEPS:

    Use imgRePacker_205 :

    1) drag, "draco_aw80_dovless_1.09.img" on "imgRePacker.exe".

    2) delete ROM draco_aw80_dovless_1.09.img.

    3) drop your folder "draco_aw80_dovless_1.09.img.dump" on "imgRePacker.exe".

    If problems with your SDCARD, format it using
    - "HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool 2.2.3" (free tool, google it), then try again.

    BACKUP/RESTORE SCRIPTS:
    backup_restore_scripts.zip

    TIPS FOR ADDED BENEFITS:
    Get Rom Toolbox (lite / free version is sufficient)
    and then, via "CPU" button set:

    * IO Scheduler:noop
    * governor:performance

    Also change , via "SD Booster"
    SD Card
    cache size to 2048 kb

    apply all of these and set also to "apply on boot"

    ==> now also in "tronsmart" flavor:

    [ATTACH=CONFIG]9723[/ATTACH][ATTACH=CONFIG]9722[/ATTACH][ATTACH=CONFIG]9735[/ATTACH]
    Please see dedicated section for changed content.

    ==================
    Archive content
    ==================
    The archive your downloaded should contain the following files:
    1) draco_aw80_dovless.XX.img The ROM file: the img you will need to flash your box with
    *** Scripts will now be uploaded separately to 1st post
    2) ==> USE THIS WITH ROM TOOLBOX TO BACKUP YOUR XBMC PREFS
    data_backup.sh
    A rudimentary script to launch on your old setup, to backup all your /sdcard/Android/data/" application folders to your usb key

    3) data_restore.sh (NOT NEEDED) Another rudimentary script to copy your data.tar backup from a pre-defined location (your usb key) into and extraction into correct folder

    ==================
    Installation ==> DO NOT RUSH AND FLASH THE IMG WITHOUT READING THE BELOW:
    ==================
    Sequence to follow:

    1) backup desired settings from previous running ROM:
    2) prepare USB key following the given naming convention and directory structure
    3) flash rom
    4) insert USB key
    5) 1st boot, all will be installed/performed silently
    6) wait until box reboots (automatically)
    7) enjoy

    ==================
    USBKEY root directory structure for automated restoring/installation
    ==================
    0) this rom can make use of a USB key with in root folder at least a directory called "settings"
    1) prepare your USB key with desired files, following this naming/structure convention:

    ROOT:
    Code:
    [B]data.tar[/B] (edit the raw backup made by data_backup.sh to only contain desired folder,) (useful for XBMC/KODI/TVMC/SPMC add-ons and settings restore)
       [B] /preinstall/[/B]mynamedoesnotmatter.apk
        /preinstall/anynameaswell.apk
        /preinstall/etc....apk
        [B]/settings/[/B]com.android.settings_preferences.xml
        /settings/accounts.db
        /settings/wpa_supplicant.conf
    WHERE:
    "data.tar" is your backup TAR file of "/sdcard/Android/data/" application folders (XBMC/KODI for example), can be created with provided script
    "preinstall" folder contains your APKs
    "settings" folder contains your desired preferences files (UI, accounts & Wifi are supported at the moment, see above naming requirements)
    ==================
    BOOT FREEZE?
    ==================
    0) IF BOOT SEEMS TO FREEZE DURING ANIMATION
    a) DO NOT RESTART OR UNPLUG IT, DONT PANIC, IT IS STILL WORKING
    b) GRAB YOUR REMOTE CONTROL, CHANGE VOLUME, PRESS BACK KEY ONCE OR TWICE, YOU SHOULD SEE LAUNCHER[/CODE]

        Thank you for your efforts...I am downloading now...If I choose not to do #2, I can just flash the image and still reap the benefits of the other 5 ie. speed boost, build prop. tweaks, etc...correct?? By the way, COSMETICS/DISPLAY should be #6

          the bare minimum is a USB key, properly formatted with a "settings" folder in it,

          because of the below code, used to ensure script runs ONLY when the key is inserted and not before, will only continue once the key & folder have been detected.
          Code:
          PENDRIVE='/mnt/usbhost0/settings'
              while [ ! -d "$PENDRIVE" ]; do
                  sleep 10
              done
          until then, the below portion of the "preinstall.sh" script will not be ran:
          /system/bin/sh /system/bin/pm preinstall /system/preinstall
          /system/bin/sh /system/bin/pm preinstall /sdcard/preinstall
          /system/bin/sh /system/bin/pm preinstall /mnt/usbhost0/preinstall
          /system/bin/sh /system/bin/data_copy.sh

          $BUSYBOX cp /system/etc/chrome-command-line /data/local/
          $BUSYBOX chmod 777 /data/local/chrome-command-line
          $BUSYBOX cp /mnt/usbhost0/settings/com.android.settings_preferences.xml /data/data/com.android.settings/shared_prefs
          $BUSYBOX cp /mnt/usbhost0/settings/accounts.db /data/system/users/0/accounts.db
          $BUSYBOX cp /mnt/usbhost0/settings/wpa_supplicant.conf /data/misc/wifi/wpa_supplicant.conf
          $BUSYBOX chmod 666 /data/data/com.android.settings/shared_prefs/com.android.settings_preferences.xml
          $BUSYBOX chmod 666 /data/system/users/0/accounts.db
          $BUSYBOX chmod 666 /data/misc/wifi/wpa_supplicant.conf
          /system/xbin/sqlite3 "/data/data/com.android.providers.settings/databases/settings.db" "update system set value = '100' where name = 'display_area_h_percent';"
          /system/xbin/sqlite3 "/data/data/com.android.providers.settings/databases/settings.db" "update system set value = '100' where name = 'display_area_v_percent';"
          /system/xbin/sqlite3 "/data/data/com.android.providers.settings/databases/settings.db" "update system set value = '100' where name = 'display_area_ratio';"

          [ -d /sdcard/Android/data ] || mkdir -p /sdcard/Android/data
          cp /mnt/usbhost0/data.tar /sdcard/Android/data
          cd /sdcard/Android/data

            In and running looking good.
            Did not use the backup/restore script at present, but looks like a good plan, used Titanium.

            Testing time

            Cheers

              Can someone please upload the rom to a different site? The 180Upload link seems surrounded by some Adware stuff, and I can't get past it to download.

              Update: Thank you, Trebor..

                thank you, regarding the animation, it is in there, just disabled.

                build.prop
                Code:
                debug.sf.nobootanimation=0 (SET TO = 1 TO ENABLE BOOT ANIMATION)

                    I'm way too tired, apparently I cannot even read back the value...

                    debug.sf.nobootanimation=0 ==> if it is set to 1 then it DISABLES boot animation.

                    MY BAD, MY BAD; MY BAD, I stand corrected.

                    Try 0, it should work.

                    Cheers

                              Yes

                              1st was 1080p
                              2nd test 720p
                              3rd test just then 53043 1080p

                              Zahir had one the other day over 60k.
                              If that means anything in the real world, I guess there just numbers.

                              But the performance of this ROM is very snappy and clean

                              Excellent
