These cases working on ubuntu without any problem:
1. 1tb ssd via sata port (samsung 840 evo MZ-7TE1T0, 2.5", 5V, 1.4A)
2. 128gb ssd via usb2.0 and usb3.0 (samsung 840 evo MZ-TD1280, 2.5", 5V, 1.7A)
3. 320gb old hdd via usb2.0 and usb3.0 (toshiba mk3252gsx, 2.5", 5V, 1A)
When I connect my 128gb ssd, dmesg says:
usb 5-1: new high-speed USB device number 4 using xhci-hcd
scsi3 : usb-storage 5-1:1.0
scsi 3:0:0:0: Direct-Access SAMSUNG MZ7TD128HAFV-000 L1 PQ: 0 ANSI: 6
...
And partions automatically mounted too, so everything is fine.
When I connect my 1tb ssd, dmesg says:
usb 5-1: new high-speed USB device number 5 using xhci-hcd
scsi4 : usb-storage 5-1:1.0
And nothing more happened.
blkid reports only mmc devices.
When I connect my 1tb ssd tronsmart android than it's mounted like other devices.
When I connect my 1tb ssd to a desktop ubuntu than it's mounted like other devices.
It may occur because of ubuntu and/or kernel specialized by tronsmart?
Just let me know if somebody met a situation like this before, and have an idea / solution about this.
