Draco OTG not working at all

Has anyone had luck getting the Draco to connect to your PC??

So far, I am completely unable to get USB debugging working on this thing. It won't even realize that something is plugged into the OTG port.

Need to do some ADB/Eclipse debugging and this is a real downer...

I'm using Finless 1.1 Rom, through the phoenix SD Card method.

It only works via network

adb kill-server
adb connect <device-ip>:5555
