RemixOS 1.0 for Draco

this room does not have vpn support , so its is useless for me :/
How can we make that's work for Open VPN ?

So far ive tried to flash this with poenix usb and phoenix suit twice each and it just hangs on the RemixOS logo. Im coming from the "Finally v0.1" firmware. Any suggestions?

Try different USB port/cable, works with Phoenixsuitpro, option I think to wipe unit complete (can't recall exact wording)
Used a few time no problem this end.

OTG cable connected Hold the FN button power to box, PC detects , load image 4~5 minutes done.

So with Phoenix Suit it only took less than 3 min. Is that right? Anyways i just flashed a different rom using the same methods and it took the other rom. Maybe a bad download?

Could be bad download yes, I am also using USB2 port, maybe why it was slower...keep at it.

Hi! I remember it took something like 6-8 mins flashing my device with this remix OS rom. Is that as long for you? did you check the size of your SD card after you prepared it with Phoenix? I guess it should be as big as the image. Good luck

I used the usb cable method. You are talking about using the Phoenix card method?

Yes I use phoenix card and the Draco Sd card slot, so far everything has worked fine

Hi guys,

I noticed some minor glitches on Kodi or when switching between apps when using the modified rom Draco AW80_Remix_150812_root_deodex_mod2.
I tried to correct this with the app CPU tuner, I set the minimum CPU speed to 1320 Mhz (instead of 600Mhz) and it seems to do the job! So you know...

Since we don't really care about battery drain here (only heat), I wonder if there is a way to set the CPU rules to a more performance oriented way especially force Multi threading.
I think this could improve the user experience and still it is not overclocking (no stability issues)

Some specialist around here could tell me if there is a way? (or if I'm totally dreaming )

Question: Can we create a bootable Live USB 3.0/SSD drive with this Remix OS for AW80 Draco? Or do we need to flash the firmware internally? If so, then I should probably first install TWRP on stock rooted FW.

Update:
I actually found that PheonixCard 3.09 will actually allow any Android based ROM to be loaded and will boot from the SDCard slot on the DRACO!

Interesting / unfortunate thing happened with Tronsmart Draco and Draco AW80_Remix_150812_root_deodex_mod2_eng.img.

Draco was asleep for 3-4 days with the front LED illuminating red. Draco (when it was awake) had been connected to my 5 ghz wifi.

Then early this morning, my 5 ghz wifi dropped out completely. I could not see my 5 ghz SSID unless I took an android phone very close to my R7000 router. InSSIDer on another machine couldn't see my network. On the 5 ghz wifi channels that my network uses (149, 153, 157 and 161), InSSIDer only showed the neighbors' distant 5 Ghz networks.

At first, I thought it was a router issue, so I did factory resets and tried different firmwares on the R7000...firmware downgrades and resets didn't help.

I tried switching the primary 5 ghz channel from 153 to 161...that didn't help.

Then, I switched to a lower 5 ghz channel (48), and the 5 Ghz wifi was back! ...all the while the Draco was asleep with the front LED shining red.

I thought that the router's 5 ghz radio must be going bad, so I went out and got another R7000.

When I set up the new R7000 router, it had the very same problem. The high 5 ghz channels didn't work....the lower channels worked.

Paranoia crept in. Could my neighbors be jamming my wifi, somehow?

Then, I became suspicious of the Tronsmart Draco...

I walked up to the the Draco and pulled the power connector out of the back of it....the red led went out, and my 5 Ghz network came back on the high channels.

Somehow, the sleeping Draco completely neutralized the high band 5 ghz channels from two different Netgear R7000 routers installed on another floor.

I have flash the rooted one but i have some questions if you can help me please:

1. Temperature of the box is extreme high...i can frie on it.I am using with the same apks on minix neo x7 and that on is just a little warm after hours of use. Is this rom only or is all remix roms? I had already problem with bluetooth an this one is new one...
2. I wanted this rom because in all the other betas gamepad mars g01 cannot work with the apk tincore remapper...when the tincore started i had always google services error. In this one i do not have but i didn't find way to access the apk from the launcher of remix os.how to do it when i can not install even 3 party launcher?
3. Many times when unistalling apk the system crash and it come back after leaving settings?
