And what will we get. Any good news in the new firmware?

I almost wish they would just hand over the boot loader or what ever bit of code is needed to get Cynogen running and just let the fans handle things.
Is there some practical reason they don't just do that? Or is it a licensing issue? Or would that eliminate the spyware they factory install? (That last one is a half joke... lol)
Anyway if the company cannot or will not release a better firmware, at least let us have at it.
I enjoy my box a lot and use it every day, works great for emulation and video playback so I feel it was worth the 200 bucks I spent on it. All that is needed now to make me insanely happy is a better firmware that doesn't fight with Netflix so much.
