    Might be a stupid question
    But in the Amlogic based TV player
    Is there a signification for the S802 or S912?

    Does the S802 is older then a S912 which is newer? Just wondering

    Hi ,

    first , please no double Threads , okay , you are right S802 is old , S912 is

    nearly the newest , behind the now new upcoming S905*2 & S922 , hope

    this helps , but remember your needs , for what you want use it !!!

      912 : clocked to 1.4 ghz / support HW decoding hevc / android upto v7

      802: clocked to 1.8 ghz / software decoding hevc upto 720p / android upto v5.1
      -libreelec 8/9 Os : it runs hevc upto 1080p
      -lakka Os : as retro player its really nice
      I think.. the website : cnx-software has a comparison review
