I need help Meecool m8s pro L

having trouble with box I reset it to factory settings and now when I am trying to go through the set up, google play store app has stopped working restart app pops up every couple of seconds.

I have installed usb burning tool on pc but I can not get it to detect device.

Any help would be much appreciated

I managed to connect to usb tool and burn image ( i was doing it with the ac power connected previously)
Now box has no signal out ,box is powered (blue Light ) tried shorting the reset pins didn't seem to do anything.
