Need help to change the system launcher in customisation tool!

I am having an amologic s805 based box, it works well with mbox m201 firmware
I want to change the system launcher of this rom
i used customisation tool to replace system launcher apk with my launcher apk
it packed sucesfully , and i flashed it using usb burning tool!
the device boots up and launched the launcher and it kept blinking the same white screen,

i think i have made some mistake, should i change anything else to change the launcher//


can anyone help me please!

If your Rom has "root" use a "SystemAppChanger" App , so simple to do ,
