Just got this stock firmware for NEO X8-H, though x8-h support OTA, in case some guy need this, here we go:

This is the stock firmware, the same firmware which you get in first bulk. android 4.4 kitkat and without root.

Update on 31th May, MINIX just give me a new stock firmware, it just a litlte chang compare with the last stock firmware:
fix antutu occasional crash problem;

fix Right click occasional failure problem

Latest Firmware some issues

Received my Neo X8-H yesterday and spent today having a play, very impressed with the quality of the playback via Plex and XBMC. However, there are a few niggles:

I can't install Google+ I was hoping for Hangouts not just Skype.

On the latest firmware 31/05/14 Google Play Services will not update, I get an error message "Application already installed" so the YouTube app will not start and the Play Store will not update to the latest version. This is a regression from the out of the box experience.

The BBC iPlayer app plays sound, but no picture, the same issue exists with the 4OD app.

Also the OTA doesn't work, yet

I'm sure these minor gripes will be ironed out over the next few days, thanks for the exceptionally prompt delivery.

Minix pulled that ROM this AM due to that bug. Expect a new release very soon!

Could you please check your build number? we found this google play store when the first bulk coming, so we submit to minix, and ask them to do the quick fix, we also spend whole day to flash the new firmware before we shipping, so if you order from us, you should not have such problems, i think.

I've been trying to get 4od, Channel 5, BBC IPlayer and Sky Now TV in the UK working as well on the Tronsmart device. Here's what I've found.

If you install the Xposed Framework there are work arounds.

4od checks for an HDMI connection out and root and if there is one it won't let the video play. There is an Xposed module called 4od and Root Cloak which stops 4od checking this and now for me it plays fine. Also there is a 4od XBMC add on which has all the 4od videos.

Channel 5 needs the Xposed Module "Root Cloak" as it checks for Root and if detected does not play at all ,it works fine with Root Cloak. Even with this device unrooted the app seems to think it is.

I'm not sure about BBC IPlayer, some videos play but some do not and you get sound but no video, Still looking for a way to fix this.

Sky Now TV does not work and I can't get it to work at all with any Xposed modules. It seems to have very strict root checking and HDMI out checking.

If anyone else can help, these are very big TV channels in the UK and to get them to work would be great.

The build number with the Google Play Services issue is KOT49H.20140605 test-keys
