Custom Firmware for Probox2 EX

Hey all!
Now that newer KODI updates require Android lollipop to run i have been searching for a Lollipop-Marshmellow-Nougat-Oreo firmware for this tv box. But i have found none. It actualy seem like i am the only one in the whole world that bought this box. Have anyone come across a newer firmware other than the oficial ones from probox?
And why exactly isnt there any?

I'm not sure about custom but this thread indicates that there is a Lollipop firmware

Thanks, but as i read it its for Probox EX+ (it came with Lollipop if i remember correctly) the Probox EX seems dead. and damnit too, it was expensive.
