XBMC Video on CRT TV (AV Out)

I've Update the Stock ROM for my s89 elite and every version of XBMC that i tried looks very bad on the CRT TV. the Picture looks zoomed and it doesn't help to calibrate or play with the parameters its allways cut at least 30-40% of the Screen.
Its just on the XBMC - all the rest of the applications looks ok.
I even rooted the s89 and its still awful...

any suggestions? (I have no HDMI Screen to use but when i tried it on my neighbor TV i dont think there was a problem..

Try to resize the screen within the firmware under settings. I have to shrink to 90% to be satisfied. Perhaps that helps...

I've tried down to the minimum (80) and still.. All the other video apps looks great on full screen and just the xbmc shifted and zoomed .
something in the xbmc ignore the CRT resolution And doesn't fit the full screen right.

Problem i have is on boot i can see the boot sequence but the screen is scrolling and unusable with the av cables
