Hi,

Please can you help, I recently tried updating to lollipop, so download file from website and went through the reset process, everything was fine the little
android man was on screen and selected sd card to update software, left everything running, after a while I noticed that the screen had gone black
and there was no response from box, I switched off box and restarted only to be greeted by the dreaded "Red Light".

I've tried both both USB Tool update and burn image file on sd card and no joy.

Can anybody help?

Don't know whether I should throw in bin or whether there's a chance to fix.

Please Help!!!!!

is it a s802 or a s805 or something else? if not sure pop it open and look at the board and supply all information the is with it. (eg. s805 v3 20150816)
