Acemax KI DVBS2, trouble adding newcamd.list to box

Took delivery of my KI DVBS2 yesterday. Standard setup fine, channels tune in etc. However, I can't add my newcamd.list file to the box. I put the file at root of USB, unlocked the installation menu to open the "smart file" menu, but when I go to import the newcamd.list file it says "file no found!". If I try to add manually, it opens a menu to manual enter each field (protocol, keys etc). I think I am entering the details right as per the newcamd.list file (opened in wordpad) but when I go to save it says that the details are invalid. Any help to get the box to import the file or with entering manually is appreciated. I have emailed Acemax, but they just keep copying and pasting the most basic of instructions from their website. I have followed theses instructions, but like I said, they are very basic and only really tell you how to unlock the installation menu

you prob sorted it out now but, filename should be CCCam.cfg
in the form of
c: server port user pass [yes/no enabled]
