This is a port of TWRP for Amlogic MXQ (OTT) Android TV box.
Copy recovery.img on the root of your SD card and then power on the box while pressing the recovery button inside AV jack.
While in TWRP you can flash the recovery using the install button.
I have this android tv box. After latest update, system starts to hang. This update comes with Kodi with TVaddons, and all of a sudden, it corrupted the partition and bye-bye box. After a while, today i start to read, and found this. Somewhere i read that the recovery on this box it's very bad. So, starting from microsd with TWRP, and after installing and reboot, i can format the partitions and voilá! A successful recovery. No need to reinstall ROM.
Hello Luca, I'm dowloading your file... I have exactly the same tv box bricked on red light. Any of the SD imgs I've downloaded worked... the tv says no signal and red light keeps on. I will try with this!
I have this board with version 3.2. Does anyone have the firmware for this? I've looked everywhere. The wifi is a SV6051P, so I can flash other versions, but I only have ethernet, no wireless.
