AFAIK not easy and fast and codesnake very busy with MX and this cpu seems not anymore in production so I doubt Wetek will take it... so I guess no. But troy makes an amazing job

Is the source available so we can make our own custom builds?

Only after you've donated to Finless and Neomode are you allowed to donate here.

Try go to settings > permission > find amlogic subtitle service then turn it off

I updated from finless 1.1 an I keep the finless boot screen (in place of "google TV", before I get the CM logo). How can I change this? Thanks.

                  CEC is kernel dependant.

                  try to flash again

Also I can't get root access to kodi, it doesn't ask, the screen goes black and I get multiple "root access denied" pop ups.

Ok, so the supplied kernel doesn't have it then?

it's normal, it's Koush's Superuser that doesn't work with Kodi's superuser implementation (just search "root access denied" in kodi forum ). Kodi will work anyway though since I already use the correct permissions.
If it bothers you flash SuperSU zip.

I mean if it doesn't work on stock it won't work here as well. To set up CEC on Amlogic you just have to echo some commands to the kernel using some sysfs entries

it's the same as triggering CEC from MboxSettings app (from advanced section)

I see well in that case it simply doesn't work with my TV. (But works with RPI)

Upgraded a lot of code, and support for hd audio has been included. Can you confirm me that on stock MX Player can't decode HD audio as well? But works fine if you set the device to HDMI passthrough, in case you don't have an external receiver use the ARMv7 NEON libffmpeg for MX Player
