Running into an issue with an MXIII-G. The box displayed a black screen out of the blue, I had to reset the box using the toothpick method to get it to come back. It was working for a few days and then the same thing occurred again. Any ideas?
It looks like this is only happening when using it on a 720P TV. Tried it on a 1080P TV, changed it to 720P and changed the box settings to 720P and the black screen came back.
I've narrowed it down a bit more. If I go into the screen resolution settings on this box it then goes to a black screen and then a weird screen with squiggly lines where I can't make anything out. If I hit up and go back to 1080P then the picture comes back.
Plugging in another brand new MX3G with the same cords to the same TV let's me switch fine between 1080 and 720.
