    MXIII-G bricked - Help needed

    Hi,

Someone please tell me that my box can be resurrected or is it paper weight

First, it bricked on it's own, i did not flashed or installed any other roms or firmwares, just rebooted it and then its just red light with no signal on TV.
    From there i tried:

a couple of different HD cables - no go
different HD ports and different TVs - no go
i checked voltage on PSU - its 5.21V so i think its good

Then after hours of reading i tried

enter stock recovery with the AV pin hole method - no go red light
flash some stock firmwares through sd card - no go
flash firmware with img burn tool - no go error at 2% USB Control Setup

    PCB is M82 v2.0 20150902 AP6330

i did't find any burnt element on board or i can't see any

    Please help

Could it be symptoms of a faulty power supply?
Which pins I need to shorten?
