Firmware EM10 - OTT M10 S812 Amlogic

Hi all,

I am novice in the android tv box world, i just receveid a Android EM10 - OTT M10 with AMLOGIC S812 chipset but i have few problem... (impossible to turn off box, screen does not display information...) i think its a firmware problem...

Anybody have firmware for this box or a new firmware ?

I view lolippop is avaible for S812 sock but just for M8S , it's not possible to make lollipop for EM10 ?

I have the same issue with you. But i also have the other that some app on google play store warning "Your device isn't compatible with this version", such as Facebook, Chrome, QuickPic .... So I notice If i search with key "youtube", the youtube for tv version is appeared, and youtube version for all of device not show. The M8S not have problem like that. I think the device type is difference with almost android box i've met. But i don't know which the file define that. Have you?

hi, for my part my mx10 have... burn ! i think it was a counterfeit product (in kodi just see 2 core, box lag and freez ! and after it burnt !!!!) so I was refunded by aliexpress and I have ordered a MX3-G with lollipop. I really do not recommend the mxq M10 ! is not good !
