Who can help me My android box will not start. (Photo 1) Have already done hard reset but unfortunately not helped. who can tell me what this could be and how I can solve this.

They're not all the same inside the box. People can throw firmwares for you but they might not be for your board. -
can you open box up and see if you have ap6330 or bcm4335 wifi chipset
