I need help. I am new in this and I dont know if my device is gone or it is brick.
It is OTT tv box with amlogic s812 with Kodi installed, made in china.
When I plug power it start to boot and show amlogic logo, after that shows mbox logo, and power up with black screen.
When I plug mouse in usb it shows mouse pointer on black screen. When I push volume button on remote controller it shows volume bar on black screen.
I have read on net how to hard reset the device but non of them work.
I tried to press reset button in AV port and then plug the power plug, amlogic logo appears, holding pressed reset, nothing happens, device reboot and there is no adnroid robot screen.
What is the proper way for hardware reset?
