ok so I have a streaming box that says M8S on the box. Came with Android 4.4 and I wanted to update the OS. So I downloaded supposedly an update onto my windows 10 computer. I then used the amlogic bootmaker software to create a bootable SD card. Followed the directions : Unplugged unit. inserted SD card, held in reset button, plugged in the power and nothing at all on the screen but the red diamond shaped light stayed red and never went back to blue, no flashing, nothing but a solid red light. Can anyone help me please. Thanks.
