HELP! M8S is dead - No Blue light

Hello All;
I have M8S Amlogic S812...
It had a problem
"Blue light was on. on TV I got just AMLOGIC screen. device wasn't move to android. it was repeating itself on same screen"

I tried SD boot. but It didn't work.

I tried USB burning tool,
reset button + USB + Power.... it connected to PC.
but all the time I got the Error at %2:
[Err]--[0x10105002]Romcode/Initialize DDR/Read initialize status/USB Control setup error

And I had to plug out and do it again for reconnect the device to the PC

but once;
I removed all ticks, I just kept "erase Flash" in burning tool.
and I got completed.
but nothing has been changed.

I tried to circuit NAND pins.

I don't know if I made a mistake but now;

There is no Blue Light.
There is no image on TV

but now, I don't need to click reset button, if I plug USB + Power, it directly connects to PC.

If I want to use USB Burning tool; again I'm getting the same error.
but now, I don't need to plug out and in again, its refreshing itself and tries again and again but getting same error in same place.

Wi-Fi is not working.
I can't make it "ON"...
