Minix X8H-Plus rooted lost video on kodi 14.2 and Showbox

I have minix_x8hplus_stock003 on my minix box with kodi 14.2. I rooted my box with update-gufone-root-x8 and now sound in kodi and no video. Should I un-root? Why would it do this?

It's so easy to un-root, just do it to see if it makes a difference.
And you can also do a factory reset, that also sometimes helps.
