Does anyone know what Android firmware to use on these boxes? Any help would be appreciated.

Please be patient when asking for assistance as asking for an update in such a short space of time may potentially put people off.
Have you tried raising a support ticket with the manufacturer?

It may be that the board inside the box is also in another model but you would have to open it up and take some detailed pictures to have a realistic idea.

My apologies...I have search a couple other posts as well and it seems there are no comments on this particular retailer. In terms of the support site...its basically a dead link. These guys dont support the box any more and dont respond to requests. I will take the box apart and post pictures as soon as I canComment
