M8S main board M8&M9_V02, blue light on but no signal. Can somebody please help!

I have a box M8S main board M8&M9_V02,
it does not work hdmi only lights blue.

Try a reflash from PC with the Firmware for the Probox2 EX+.
This Firmware Works in the most Cases with that Box.

it's run to 96% and notice error [Err]--[0x30403003]UBOOT/Partition system/Download buffer/Data tranfer error
