Sadly, i can't boot on the sdcard.
    Maybe it's because i've flashed the superceleron's rom ?
I can't feel any switch in the hole under the box, no click or triggering feeling, strange..
Should be. Perhaps you're not going deep enough!

I have few questions about the functionality of this system.
        1. Does the 23,976Hz playback work perfectly (without micro shuttering)?
        2. Does the V-synch work?
        3. Does the HW deinterlacing work perfectly?
        4. Does the HDMI CEC work?
        5. Does the PVR client work (VDR VNSI)?

        Thanx for you answers

I can't answer your questions, but watch this thread to follow development (needs signup) http://amlinuxmedia.com/forum/index.php?topic=13.0

No. I ran an update and it wiped my ROM.
It's simple to update manually though - just download the tar, extract, rename KERNEL to kernel.img and copy SYSTEM and kernel.img to your sd card in place of the old ones.

I don't think you even need to extract. I just moved the tar in to the update folder over my network, rebooted, and it updated.

Great if it works, and good to know. I'll stick to a completely manual copy for now myself though - there's no risk at all that way.

any advise how to install on rom instead of sd card?
EDIT: never mind i just flashed it. Can confirm 6.95.3.2 running great on my MXIII.
