ADB is included in the zip file - so should be found - I assume you have unzipped all of the contents of the zip to a folder and then run the batch file - Windows by default will just "open" the zip and display the contents so if you run the batch file from the explorer window it won't find adb.exe because it's not been unzipped.

Watching carefully the batch file "adb.exe" not found must be related for not running on the background, because the author "daemonium" asks for windows to shutdown a process adb.exe firstly before running the root process.
But on the google play the app "WiFi ADB - Debug Over Air" says it only "This app works on ROOTED devices only. If you don't know what it means or your device is not rooted please don't install. Users also need to grant this app su permission when being asked."
So how can you use this app to root something that only works on pre rooted devices?
