Hello! I recently came into possession of an air mouse Minix Neo a2, but see that once I connected a media player to remain without sound, putting out USB receiver works perfectly sound , any idea how I can solve this problem?

This is known issue. Now they are working to solve it in new firmware . -

yes this is very old issue, and to be honest I think they do nothing about it, cause
1. I did search net and it seems first complains started over a year a go, and I've got my Android 5.1.1 TV box (NOT minix one) and minix NEO 2 A2 voice air - latest model ans issue is still there
2. Firmware fix may help to New users but it will not help to existing ones, who both the devise for non minix boxes,, cause this devise has no usb or any other interface to flash the firmware or update it.
3. They are selling this device advertising to be working for all android boxes
, instead it is specifically designed to work with minix boxes Only
4. I asked the same question on there support forum but they don't even bother to respond
I believe the only solution is to return the item to the vendorComment
